Retatrutide Phase 3 numbers look strong, but the side effect profile is what I'd watch

Clinical Trials Arena had a good breakdown of the TRIUMPH-1 data. Highest dose group lost about 28% of body weight at 80 weeks, which honestly is wild on paper. That's basically in the same neighborhood as what people see with bariatric surgery, so the headlines aren't exaggerating that part.

The thing that stood out to me though is the AE chatter. Analysts seem uneasy about the side effect profile, and Lilly's own data still points to a lot of GI stuff like nausea. For me that matters more than the average weight loss number, because averages don't tell you what the worst weeks actually feel like.

If you've been on a GLP-1 or dual agonist already, how are you thinking about whether the extra efficacy is worth a potentially rougher ride? Genuinely curious how people would weigh that tradeoff.
