TB-500 and TA1 stack for overtraining recovery?

Howzit guys. I have been feeling completely drained lately, like my recovery just stalled out. Tbh I think I pushed too hard on my last few long runs and now everything feels sluggish.

I am thinking about running a stack of Thymosin Beta-4 /peptides/thymosin-beta-4 and Thymosin Alpha-1 /peptides/thymosin-alpha-1 to get back on track. My plan is to do 2mg of TB-4 three times a week for the tissue side of things, and 1.6mg of TA1 twice a week to support the immune system.

I want to know if anyone has combined these two before. Does the immune modulation from the TA1 interfere with the healing process of the TB-4, or do they work well together? I am mostly worried about the timing. Should I space them out on different days or is it fine to pin them together?

Also, if you have run this, did you notice any weird fatigue or flu like symptoms? I cannot afford to be knocked out for a week while I am trying to get my fitness back.

  • fasted_scientist: Ngl mate, I'm a bit sceptical on stacking those two just because you had a rough training block. Overtraining usually wants rest and a calorie surplus, not a peptide cocktail. That said, on the actual question. I don't think there's solid evidence that TA1's immune signalling messes with TB-4's tissue repair stuff, they work through pretty different pathways. Most people online seem to pin them on separate days just to keep the timing clean, no strong reason either way if I'm honest. Re the fl
  • grinder265: Ngl I get the rest-first take but when I was dragging after a 50-miler I tried TB-4 2mg MWF and TA1 1.6mg Tues/Thu felt less sore and didn’t notice any flu thing curious if you saw any immune markers shift with that split?
  • runner_aaron: Hey thanks for the input. The MWF/Tues-Thu split is pretty much what I had in mind, so good to hear that timing worked for you in practice. I have not had bloods done since starting tbh, mostly going off how my legs feel and sleep quality, but I am planning to get a full panel done in about 4 weeks to see if anything actually moved or if it is just placebo. Did you notice anything with cuts or scrapes healing quicker while on both, or only the muscle soreness side?
  • runner_aaron: Fair enough on the rest point, I hear you. I am sleeping properly and eating enough, the fatigue just isn't shifting after two weeks of backing off, which is why I started looking at other angles. Good to know the pathways don't really clash, that's the main thing I was worried about. I will split them on separate days then, keeps it clean and easier to track if something feels off. Was the flu stuff from TA1 more in the first dose or did it hang around for a few pins? Trying to plan it around
