CagriSema vs tirz, anyone tried both back to back?

I ran tirz for about 5 months and got to a solid place, then took a break and the weight slowly crept back, classic rebound stuff. Food noise came back within a few weeks too, which honestly surprised me 🥲

Now I'm seriously considering CagriSema for round two since the amylin plus GLP-1 combo supposedly hits appetite from two angles. The 20 to 25 percent weight loss numbers are obviously the headline grabber, but I'm trying to be realistic about it.

For anyone who has actually tried both, how did the appetite suppression compare day to day? Tirz killed my cravings pretty cleanly but I never felt full, just kind of neutral about food. Curious if the amylin piece changes that satiety feeling.

Also wondering about side effects, since nausea was already a thing for me on tirz during dose increases. Anyone see worse GI stuff on CagriSema or is it pretty similar?

Not asking for dosing for me personally, just general impressions. My current plan is to discuss with my doc and look at labs before starting anything new.
