Cyp + low-dose HCG pre-bed, anyone splitting this differently for steady E2?

Been running test cyp at 120mg split into two pins per week (Mon/Thurs) and adding 250iu HCG the night before each pin, so basically Mon night and Wed night. Bloods came back pretty clean for me, total T around 950, free T sitting nicely, E2 in the low 30s, hematocrit a touch on the high side at 51 so im keeping an eye on that.

Ngl the HCG timing took me a while to dial in. I used to run it the morning of the pin and my nuts would feel kinda heavy and achy by the end of the week. Moved it to the night before and that went away. Also feels like my E2 is less spiky this way, could just be placebo tho.

Curious how you guys are splitting it. Some guys i know pin HCG EOD and swear its smoother but thats a lot of needles. Anyone running HCG Mon/Wed/Fri with cyp twice a week and getting better numbers? Also wondering if the HCG is even doing much at 250iu twice a week or if i should bump it.

  • greg208: Not gonna lie i think your current setup sounds spot on mate. I tried doing the HCG every other day like some of the lads suggested but the extra needles were just a total pain and felt like overkill for me. My E2 was all over the place when i wasnt consistent with the timing so i reckon your night before approach makes a lot of sense to keep things steady. I have noticed similar things with my own bloods where the spikes seem much less aggressive when i dont pin everything at once. Regarding t
  • grinder265: Yeah night before timing really was the unlock for me too, took way too long to figure that out honestly. EOD just sounds exhausting and im already pinning test twice so adding more days is a no thanks situation lol. 500iu is what im at total per week so were in the same ballpark. Ill probably hold here and see if the HCT creeps down after donating this week, then recheck bloods in 6-8 weeks before touching the HCG dose.
  • tiredmira: Yeah consistency was the game changer for me too. Once I stopped being lazy with the timing the E2 stopped bouncing around. For the dose question, 250iu twice a week kept my total T and free T in range without my E2 creeping up, so it is worth getting repeat bloods before touching anything 🥗
  • grinder265: Yeah the repeat bloods thing is prob the move, i only had one pull so far so im working off not much. Did you land at the same 250iu 2x a week or did you have to bump it up at any point? And were you splitting your pins the same way mon/thurs or doing something else?
