Since I added Thymosin Alpha‑1 two weeks ago, I take 2 mg (0.8 ml of a 2.5 mg/ml solution) on the same day as the TB‑500 maintenance injection, aiming for immune support during the higher training load. I noticed slightly less post‑run fatigue and my occasional sore throat after long runs seems milder, but I am not sure if it is the peptide or just better rest.

I am looking for suggestions on timing (should I separate the injections by a few hours?), dosing adjustments (maybe lower TB‑500 after the loading phase?), and whether adding a low‑dose BPC‑157 on off‑days would be safe.
