BPC-157 oral for a stubborn proximal biceps tendon, anyone used it past 6 weeks?

Hey guys, got a question for anyone who's actually run BPC-157 oral on a tendon issue. Background on me, partial tear in the long head of the biceps tendon (proximal attachment), been niggling for about 4 months now. Started oral BPC-157 about 6 weeks back, 500mcg twice a day on an empty stomach, alongside proper rehab work (isometrics, then eccentrics, now into heavier slow resistance).
Honestly the first 3 weeks I felt bugger all change. Week 4 onwards it started feeling different, less "sharp" in the morning, could load it more without that nagging catch. Could just be the rehab doing its thing, hard to say.
My actual question, for anyone who's pushed oral BPC past the 6 week mark on a tendon, did the gains keep coming or did it plateau for you? And did you pulse it or run it straight through? I'm tempted to add TB-500 in for the systemic angle but don't want to overcomplicate things if the BPC is already doing its job. Bloods all good, no other issues, just want to give this tendon the best shot at actually healing properly.

- tiredmira: With proximal biceps stuff, the rehab is usually doing most of the heavy lifting honestly. Isometrics into eccentrics into HSR is basically the textbook progression for that tendon. If it started shifting around week 4, that lines up with when collagen remodeling actually ramps up in tendon tissue, so the timing makes sense whether the BPC is doing anything or not 😅 For me personally I ran oral BPC around 8 weeks on a cranky Achilles and the second month felt more noticeable than the first. H
- runner_aaron: Yeah the collagen remodeling point is fair, didn't think of it that way tbh. That actually makes me feel better about not rushing to add TB-500, less moving parts to blame when something does or doesn't shift. How far past 8 weeks did you push it on the Achilles? And did you front-load loading then taper, or keep it steady through? Mine's been climbing in weight each week so I'm a bit nervous about what to do if I hit a wall around week 8 or 9.
- runner_aaron: Yeah the second month being where it actually started moving was the same for me on my Achilles. First month felt like nothing, then around week 5 ish I could load it without that annoying catch. Did you keep the dose the same throughout or bump it up at any point? I'm wondering if pushing to like 750mcg twice a day in month two would've helped or if steady does the job.
