BPC-157 + TB-500 base with GHK-Cu added at week 3, anyone running a similar timing?

Howzit. Running a 10 week healing block for a grade 2 ankle sprain that just wont settle. Im 5 weeks into a wolverine base (bpc-157 500mcg daily subq, tb-500 2.5mg 2x weekly) and its gone ok, swelling is down and i can walk properly now, but the joint still feels sticky in the mornings and after a long day on my feet.

Planning to add ghk-cu 200mcg 2x weekly from week 6 onwards, basically layering it onto the wolverine base rather than starting a full GLOW from scratch. Reasoning is that the soft tissue work is mostly done by then and i want the copper peptide to focus on the joint capsule and any lingering ligament quality rather than compete with the acute healing.

Anyone here done a phased approach instead of throwing everything in from day one? Did the ghk-cu add feel noticeable for joint stiffness specifically, or more of a skin/collagen thing for you? Also curious if anyone ran kpv alongside this for inflammation, or is that overkill once tb-500 is already in.

  • tiredmira: Interesting timing split. My only concern would be whether ghk-cu actually reaches the joint capsule meaningfully at 200mcg 2x weekly subq, or if it mostly shows up in skin and superficial tissue like you said. The stiffness you're describing sounds more like capsular or cartilage stuff than acute inflammation, so tb-500 is probably already doing what it can there. For me, ghk-cu topically near the joint felt more noticeable than subq for localized stiffness. But that's just my own experience,
  • runner_aaron: Tbh the subq vs topical point is exactly what i was chewing on. If most of it pools in skin anyway then layering 200mcg subq on top of an oral bpc seems wasteful, no. I might split it, keep some subq for the systemic collagen thing but actually rub a bit near the ankle in the mornings when its worst. Did the topical help specifically with that morning stickiness for you, or more the general end of day ache? Trying to figure out if its worth the hassle of daily rubbing alongside the 2x weekly ja
  • runner_aaron: Yeah the skin vs joint thing is exactly what im wondering. Ive seen some people mention topical GHK-Cu near the joint giving a bit more of a localised feel, but tbh i wasnt sure if that was just the act of rubbing something in tbh. How concentrated were you going with the topical, and did you keep the subq dose the same or drop it?
