BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu blend for a cranky Achilles, anyone running all three together?

Been dealing with a slow healing Achilles insertion for like 4 months now, the kind of dull ache that flares up the second you try to run hills. I've been rotating between oral BPC and subq BPC for a while and it helps but progress is glacial, ngl.

Thinking about running all three peptides from the GLOW stack on the same day. My plan right now is BPC-157 500mcg subq daily near the tendon, TB-500 2.5mg twice a week, and GHK-Cu 200mcg a few days a week. Reconstituting GHK-Cu with bacteriostatic water, drawing it into the same pin as BPC since the volumes are tiny.

What i'm not sure about is timing. Do you pin BPC and TB-500 on the same day or separate them, and does GHK-Cu go better on the off days or stacked in the same pin? Also curious if anyone splits the BPC into AM/PM vs doing it all at once.

  • runner_former: Honestly i wouldn't mix bpc and ghk-cu in the same pin, some people report weirdness with peptide stability when you combine them and bac water isn't a universal solvent for ghk either. I'd run bpc solo subq near the tendon am, then ghk-cu on its own later that day or the next. With tb-500 i kept it on its own days twice a week so the sites aren't overlapping and you can tell what's doing what. For the achilles specifically, 4 months is a long time to be stuck so you might wanna get an ultrasou
  • grinder265: Yeah the stability thing is what i was worried about tbh, keeps coming up when people mix copper peptides with bpc. Gonna stop combining them and just run ghk-cu solo a couple hours later like you said. The split sites logic for tb makes sense too, less guesswork on what's doing what. Ngl the 4 month timeline is what made me post this, starting to wonder if its tendinopathy vs partial tear situation. Gonna book an ultrasound this week finally.
  • fasted_scientist: Fair points on not mixing in the same pin, i'll keep them separate. But "some people report weirdness" isn't really evidence mate, where's that coming from? Ghk-cu is stable in bac water as far as i've seen, happy to be corrected if you've got a source. 4 months is too long though, i agree on that. If it's not responding to loading protocols and peptides by now, something structural might be going on. Get it imaged before you chuck more stuff at it.
  • grinder265: Ngl fair callout, the "weirdness" thing was more forum chatter than anything i can point to with receipts. I've seen people say GHK-Cu can get cloudy or lose potency faster in bac water vs saline but i haven't run it long enough to confirm myself. The imaging part is the one that actually lands though. 4 months is stupid long for a "soft tissue" label and i'm kinda using peptides as a bandaid at this point. MRI is probably overdue, you're right.
