Thoughts on running BPC + TB-500 then layering GHK-Cu after?

So i been running the wolverine stack for my shoulder since like october and it has helped a lot, tendon pain is way down and i got most of my range back. I do 500mcg bpc daily and 2.5mg tb-500 twice a week like the profile says.

Now i want to add ghk-cu for the skin and collagen side of things since i got some sun damage from years outside on the truck. Question is timing. Do i just add 200mcg ghk-cu daily into what i already running or should i cycle off the wolverine first and run ghk-cu solo for a few weeks?

Also wondering if running all three together is overkill or if they actually play nice. I seen the GLOW stack has the same three peptides basically so i guess people do it but i wanna hear from anyone who actually transitioned from wolverine to glow and how they handled the overlap. Did you keep the bpc going the whole time or did you drop it once the shoulder felt solid?

  • grinder265: Ngl i did basically what ur describing last winter. I kept bpc going the whole way cuz my achilles still felt like it needed it, just dropped the tb to once a week then off after about 3 more weeks, and started ghk-cu subq daily at 200mcg while bpc was still in. No issues, felt fine. I wouldnt cycle bpc off just to "cleanse" before adding ghk, theres no reason to. One thing tho, if ur doing ghk-cu for the sun damage on ur face, subq is gonna be systemic. The people i know chasing skin stuff usu
  • runner_aaron: Yeah that tracks with what I've been thinking tbh. I was planning to keep bpc going the same way, just taper tb off and drop ghk-cu in once a day subq. Topical alongside the subq is a good shout though, didn't think of that. Did you actually notice a diff running it both ways or just doing it to cover bases? Also re copper, how long were you on it before you started watching the levels? I'm thinking 8-10 weeks then bloods.
  • kyle711: Honestly i never ran it topical separate from the subq, was just covering bases cause i seen some people do it that way. Cant compare since i only did subq both times. For copper i waited about 6 weeks first round and did bloods, second time i went like 10 weeks before checking. Both times stuff looked ok but i was watching liver stuff more than copper itself since thats what people actually freak out about. 8-10 weeks sounds about right to me.
  • kyle711: Appreciate the breakdown, that helps a lot. Keeping it subq the whole time with bpc still in sounds way simpler than i was making it in my head. I think i will drop tb to once a week for a couple weeks like you did and then off, since the shoulder feels pretty solid at this point anyway. I didnt even think about the topical angle for the face. How are people running the topical, is that something you mixed yourself or is there a usual ratio people go with? And yeah copper buildup is the part th
