Adding Kisspeptin-10 to a Test base, anyone running that for fertility insurance?

Howzit. So I'm on a fairly standard Test Cyp setup, weekly split into two pins, and I'm thinking about layering in Kisspeptin-10 mainly to keep my own LH and FSH ticking over while I'm on exogenous test. The idea is that when I come off, the rebound is less of a nightmare, and tbh I'd like to keep the fertility side of things decent without blasting HCG the whole time.

From what I've read on the profile here, Kisspeptin works upstream on GnRH neurons, which feels like a cleaner approach than chasing the pituitary directly. The short half-life is what makes me a bit twitchy though. If I'm pinning it once or twice a day, am I actually getting sustained GnRH pulsatility, or just a spike and then nothing for the rest of the day? Anyone running it daily and noticed LH staying elevated on bloods, or does it just give you a transient surge that fades? Also curious if anyone has stacked it alongside HCG at a low dose, or is that overkill and I'm overthinking it.

  • weekendnate: That's the right question to ask up front. Kisspeptin-10 is a GnRH secretagogue, so the pulsatility depends on how you dose it. Once daily tends to give you a single LH pulse that fades within a few hours. Twice daily usually keeps the LH reading a bit more steady on bloods, but you're still not replicating natural pulse frequency, so I'd manage expectations on that front. The HCG question is fair. A small HCG dose alongside Kisspeptin isn't crazy if you want belt and suspenders, but it can mud
  • fasted_scientist: Cheers for laying out the dosing detail, that's genuinely useful. The pulsing question is what keeps nagging at me though, ngl. If you're only getting one or two LH pulses a day versus the natural every 90 min or so, isn't there a real chance the downstream signalling just doesn't behave the same? Like the receptors desensitise or something. Has anyone actually seen decent gonadorelin or serial bloods showing that the LH response stays robust, or does it tail off after a few weeks?
  • runner_aaron: Fair point on the receptor desensitising, tbh that's exactly what's making me hesitant too. I've seen a couple people on here say their LH on bloods looked decent at the 2 week mark but I haven't really seen anyone post a full 6 to 8 week panel to show it actually holds. If you're only firing GnRH once or twice a day instead of every 90 min like the body wants, my gut says something has to give eventually. How are you running yours frequency wise, and have you done follow up bloods after the fi
  • runner_aaron: Yeah the twice daily thing makes sense, that's kind of what I was leaning towards anyway. I haven't pulled mid-cycle bloods yet so I can't compare LH on once vs twice a day, but my plan is to get a baseline now and then check again after a few weeks on the twice daily split. The muddied data point with HCG is a fair call tbh. I was thinking small dose like 250iu twice a week alongside, but if I can't tell what is doing what then solo makes more sense for a cleaner read. Did you find the LH bump
