Epithalon for telomere maintenance, what does a sensible first cycle actually look like?

Right so ive been going down the telomerase rabbit hole for a while and epithalon keeps coming up as one of the few things shown to actually nudge hTERT expression in human cells, not just mouse stuff. Im interested in running a short course but im a bit lost on the practical side of things.
From what ive read the usual protocol is 5 to 10mg a day for 10 to 20 days, then you stop for a proper while. That bit makes sense, you want a pulse not a constant soak given the half life is only a few hours. Im also seeing it stacked with NAD+ or even the full immortality stack for a bigger push, but that feels like a lot to throw at myself as a first move.
For anyone who has actually run a course, how did you time it and did you notice anything real or was it hard to tell from background noise. And if you did bloodwork before and after, what did you actually look at, telomere length assays seem pricey and a bit hit and miss from what i can see. Cheers for any pointers, im keen to learn from people who have done it rather than just guess.

- restlessdiego: Honestly the timing question is where most people overthink it. I ran two courses a few months apart, both 10 days at 5mg before bed, and for me the bigger variable seemed to be sleep quality during the run rather than the exact window on the clock. I didn't notice anything dramatic subjectively, maybe slightly easier recovery between sessions but that could easily be placebo or just better sleep hygiene stacking on top. - greg208: Cheers for that, sleep quality as the bigger variable is interesting and not something id have clocked on my own. Did you do anything specific to protect sleep during the run or just let it ride. Also what made you space them a few months apart, was that a deliberate off period or just when you got round to it.
