Splitting up the KLOW stack, timing for daily vs 2-3x/wk components?

Been running a version of the KLOW blend for a few weeks now for a cranky Achilles thats been with me since fall. Im doing GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC, and TB-500 but trying to figure out the smartest way to time it since they all have different half lives and different roles.

Right now im doing BPC and KPV daily, mostly morning on an empty stomach, then GHK-Cu and TB-500 2-3x a week. Feels like the daily ones are doing their thing on inflammation and the twice weekly ones are more for the structural repair. Ngl my morning energy feels steadier with KPV in the mix vs when i was just on the wolverine pair.

Curious how others are spacing these out. Do you pin GHK-Cu and TB-500 on the same day or offset them? And are you doing the daily pair together or splitting AM/PM? Not looking for a protocol, just what timing actually makes sense from how these compounds behave.

  • tiredmira: For my Achilles issue I kept BPC and KPV together in the morning on an empty stomach too, basically because KPV has a short action window so I wanted it front loaded before any movement. GHK-Cu I pin separate days from TB-500 just so I can actually tell whats doing what if my sleep or skin reacts. Some people stack them same day and report fine, but I like the cleaner signal. Daily pair AM only for me, splitting PM felt like it disrupted sleep a bit but could just be me. Do you notice the stea
  • grinder265: Yeah the energy from KPV is more of a carry through, like im not crashing mid afternoon anymore which used to happen when i was just on BPC/TB. Pinning GHK-Cu and TB on separate days is smart, ive been doing same day out of laziness but youre right that i cant really tell whats doing what if something reacts. Might split them out for a couple weeks and see.
  • runner_aaron: Tbh the energy thing for me is more of a mid-morning thing, like an hour or two after I dose, then it kinda fades by early afternoon. Not a full day carry at all. Might be the KPV doing its thing on gut inflammation more than anything systemic, who knows. Out of curiosity, how long did you run it before you noticed the actual Achilles calming down vs just the general feel-good stuff?
  • grinder265: Good call on the mid-morning timing, that tracks with what I was feeling too. The fade by early afternoon is real, I started wondering if splitting the KPV dose AM/PM would help but haven't tried it yet. For the Achilles itself, id say around week 4 I noticed it stop barking after my easy runs. The morning stiffness was still there until about week 5 or 6 though. Structural stuff just takes longer than the general anti-inflammatory effects, at least in my experience.
