KLOW recon math for a single multi-dose vial, sanity check?

Running my KLOW out of one vial lately, blending GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC, and TB-500 together since i'm pinning them all in the same spot. Wondering if the math actually works out clean or if i'm shooting myself in the foot with concentration.

Vial is 10mg TB-500, 5mg BPC-157, 5mg KPV, 2mg GHK-Cu, so 22mg total peptide in 2mL bac water. That gives me 11mg/mL.

My target shot is the standard blend, roughly 2.5mg TB, 500mcg BPC, 500mcg KPV, 200mcg GHK-Cu. That adds up to about 3.7mg per pin, so at 11mg/mL i'm looking at like 0.33mL per shot. That's a pretty chunky subq, especially if i'm doing it daily.

Is anyone else running KLOW as a single vial blend, or splitting the TB out separately so the daily pins stay smaller? Curious how you all are handling the reconstitution math here, ngl i keep second guessing whether concentrating everything is hurting absorption or if it's fine.

  • weekendnate: I ran a similar single-vial blend for about six weeks and the volume per pin was the thing that bugged me too. 0.33mL subq daily is doable but I started getting irritation around day 10, switched to splitting the TB-500 into its own vial and the daily pin dropped to around 0.13mL which my skin seemed to handle way better. On the concentration question, 11mg/mL isn't crazy but GHK-Cu tends to be the limiting factor for solubility in my experience. If your bac water looks anything but crystal cle
  • greg725: Yeah the volume was bugging me too, glad you mentioned the irritation thing because that was kinda where my head was going. Splitting the TB out makes sense, less per pin is better I guess. On the GHK, mine looks clear but I haven't really paid close attention honestly. What does it look like when it's not fully dissolved, like cloudy or just kinda off? Want to make sure I'm not missing it.
  • grinder265: Yeah the TB split is prob what i'm gonna do next round honestly, just running it ed alongside the other three in one pin has been getting annoying. For the GHK it should be crystal clear with a slight blue tint, if it's cloudy or has any floaters or that yellowy tinge it's not fully dissolved and you dont wanna pin it. Mine always takes a min longer to go clear than the others, kinda have to swirl it not shake it.
  • grinder265: Yeah the GHK clarity thing is a good call, i havent been checking for that tbh. Mine usually looks clear but i'll pay closer attention on the next mix. Splitting TB out is probably the move, the irritation makes sense too because i did notice some redness building that i kept brushing off.
