Anyone else running CJC/Ipa nightly plus a low MK-677 dose during the day?

I have been on a CJC-1295 and ipamorelin combo at bedtime for a few months now and the sleep depth is the biggest thing I notice, I wake up feeling like I actually rested. Recovery between sessions is better too, which is hard to measure but my training log shows I am handling volume that used to bury me.

The question I keep going back and forth on is whether to add MK-677 during the day at a low dose, like 10 mg or so, to try and keep IGF-1 a little more elevated around the clock. I like the idea of an oral that just keeps things humming, but the hunger and the water retention worry me since I already hold a bit of water on the injectables.

For those who have stacked all three, fwiw, did a daytime MK-677 dose actually add anything you could feel, or did it just muddy the picture with sides? And did you find the hunger manageable at 10 mg versus 25? I would rather go lower and slower if I do it.

I am on a tirz run anyway so it was extra annoying, basically felt like snacking all afternoon even after a big lunch. Sleep got a little better on top of the CJC/Ipa but the gain felt marginal for me. Water retention was mild, nothing crazy. If I were doing it again I would skip the MK and just keep the CJC/Ipa since that combo alo
  • hana_v: Yeah that tracks with what i have heard from others too, the hunger at even 12.5 mg seems to be the thing people bail on. I am leaning toward just sticking with the CJC/Ipa for now since my sleep has already gotten noticeably deeper, and adding something that makes me want to graze all day sounds like a headache i do not need. I might try a 2 week trial at a low dose just to see how my body responds, but yeah, easy to bail if the snacking kicks in.
  • luis295: Yeah the snacking is exactly what I am worried about too, I already have to keep pretty tight guardrails on my diet when I am in a cut. The 2 week trial idea is probably what I will do as well, just to see how the hunger tracks, and if it is too much I will pull it and stick with the CJC/Ipa. Fwiw I have seen people say splitting the dose, like half in the morning and half later, takes the edge off a bit but who knows if that actually works.
  • luis295: Yeah that lines up with what I keep reading, the hunger seems to be the thing that pushes people off it. Tirz on top of that sounds rough, I would not want to fight snacking all afternoon on a cut. Marginal on top of CJC/Ipa is kind of the answer I was hoping I would not hear honestly, since the injectables are already pulling the weight. Fwiw I am leaning toward skipping the MK too, or maybe just running it for 2 weeks like you said to see if IGF-1 actually moves on bloodwork before I commit.
