FST-344 10/10/10 protocol overlap with BPC during a return to run block, too much?

Ngl im eyeing running fst-344 as a 10/10/10 block (100mcg daily for 10 days) while im still finishing out a return to run from a tibial stress reaction. Last 4 weeks ive been on bpc 250mcg 2x/day subq and the bone has finally stopped barking. Now im thinking about layering fst in for the lean mass side since im losing a TON of muscle from the reduced mileage and zero lifting.
My worry is joint stress. The profile for fst-344 literally says "joint stress from rapid gains" and bpc can also affect tissue remodeling in the tendons and ligaments. Is stacking both gonna overload something when im trying to ramp back up to 40mpw? Also saw the theoretical cardiac muscle note which kinda spooked me even tho its probably overblown at 100mcg.
Would it be smarter to wait til im fully back to normal mileage before pulling the trigger on fst, or start it now and just keep bpc running thru the block? Bloodwork is fresh and clean. Curious how others have timed fst around a heal phase vs a train hard phase.

- greg208: Mate honestly? Id hold the fst until youre back at your normal 40mpw. Ive seen folk jump the gun on lean mass stuff during a return phase and the muscle they did keep came at the cost of achy joints and weird flare ups that set them back another month. Bpc is already doing a proper job on the tissue side, no need to muddy the water while the tibia is still settling. The cardiac note at 100mcg is probably noise for a short block but why even flirt with it when youre compromised. Get the running
- patientjenna: Yeah that tracks for me too. I got impatient during a similar return and stacked something before the bone was fully calm and my knee flared up for like 3 weeks after. Did i prove it was the stack? No, but im not rushing it again. Bpc is already doing the work, why mess with it? Get the tibia 100% first and then run fst when youre actually lifting heavy again.
- grinder265: Yeah that kinda mirrors my worry. Knee flare for 3 weeks would wreck my whole block, thats exactly what im trying to avoid. Leaning toward just finishing out the bpc thru the return to run and starting fst after im back at full mileage and actually under the bar again. Ngl the "joint stress from rapid gains" wording is what got me hesitating in the first place, seems dumb to invite that during a ramp up. Did you drop the second compound entirely or just lower the dose when it flared?
- grinder265: Yeah ngl that lines up with where my head was already going. The "wait til youre fully back" side keeps winning the more I sit with it, especially since the tibia only quieted down like a week ago. No point in stacking fst while the bone is still technically settling, and the joint stress warning on top of bpc remodeling feels like asking for a weird flare up at mile 20. Going to finish out my bpc run thru the return to run, get back to 40mpw clean, then start the 10/10/10 with no overlap. Appr
