My first 2‑week trial with Adamax and low‑dose Methylene Blue

I started to experiment with Adamax about a month ago after reading a few forum posts. I used the intranasal spray 0.5 mg twice a day – morning and early afternoon – just before work. At the same time I added a very low dose of Methylene Blue, 1 mg/kg, taken with my breakfast coffee.

For the first three days I felt a mild headache, probably from the Blue, but it went away after I drank more water. By day 5 I noticed my focus was steadier during long coding sessions; I could read research papers for hours without the usual mental fog. My mood was slightly brighter, maybe just because I was excited about the protocol. I also saw a small improvement in short‑term memory – I could recall a list of 12 items after a 20‑minute break, something I usually forget.

I am still cautious – I keep an eye on my blood pressure and avoid any SSRIs because of serotonin risk. Next week I plan to cycle the Blue for three days off and keep the Adamax daily. Any tips on dosing or side‑effects would be welcome 👀📚.
