CagriSema combo data looks promising, anyone tracking amylin analog stacks yet?

I've been digging into the CagriSema stuff lately and the dual-pathway angle is what caught my attention. Hitting GLP-1 and amylin together seems to give a different flavor of appetite suppression, less of the pure food-aversion you get on straight sema and more of just, not thinking about food. That's been a pattern I've heard from a couple people running cagrilintide solo too.

For me personally, plateaus on single-agonist protocols have been the real headache. You lose 12 to 15% and then the scale just sits there for months. The data suggesting 20 to 25% with the combo is interesting if it actually holds up in real-world use and not just trial conditions.

I'm also curious how people are thinking about stacking this with anything else. MOTS-c is interesting to me because of the AMPK angle, basically telling your muscles they are being exercised even when they are not. Could pair well with the appetite suppression without adding more GI burden.

Has anyone here actually run a cagrilintide-containing protocol? Curious what the side effect profile felt like compared to plain sema, and whether the weight loss curve was meaningfully different for you.

  • grinder265: I havent run cagrilintide yet but ive been watching the cagrisema readout pretty close. The amylin angle is what makes it interesting to me too, satiety vs aversion is a real thing and changes how sustainable a cut feels long term. The plateau issue is real. From what ive seen, thats where single agonists fall apart and where combo work starts to make sense if you can tolerate it. Mots-c pairing is interesting but id wanna see how the gi load stacks up before adding anything on top. Curious if
  • weekendnate: The food noise thing was a big one for me on earlier cuts with tirz, it was more about getting full faster than actually not thinking about food. The satiety vs aversion distinction matches what I heard from one guy running cagrilintide solo, he described it as background hunger just being quieter rather than food being actively unappealing. GI load is a fair concern. That was part of why I was curious about MOTS-c specifically since the mechanism is so different, not really gut mediated the wa
  • tiredmira: Yeah the satiety vs aversion thing is what made me stick with cagrisema longer than tirz alone. With tirz it was more like food just stopped sounding good, with the combo i actually forget to eat for a few hours which is new for me 😅 Cant comment on mots-c on top though, havent tried stacking anything yet. Just keeping it simple until i see how my next bloods look.
  • weekendnate: Yeah that "forgetting to eat" thing is exactly what I was trying to describe. The aversion from tirz always felt like I was white-knuckling it, like food was still on my mind just nothing appealed. The combo is a noticeably different signal, more like the hunger prompts just don't show up at all. Keeping it simple until bloodwork is solid makes sense honestly. I added MOTS-c later in my own run and the first month was kind of a wash because I couldn't tell what was doing what. Going single-vari
