Tirz to retatrutide switch at a true plateau, what numbers moved first for you?

Hit a wall on tirz after about 5 months. Scale stopped moving for 3 weeks, waist measurement flat, and my morning fasted glucose had crept back up to 102 from the high 90s where it sat for most of the run. Energy in the gym was fine but body comp wasn't budging, classic adaptive plateau territory.
I dropped to a lower tirz dose for two weeks then made the switch to retatrutide, started low and titrated up slow because I wanted to see what each component was actually doing. The interesting part has been the order things moved. Appetite suppression kicked in within a few days, way stronger than tirz at equivalent time points for me. RHR came down about 4 bpm in week 2. Sleep score on my tracker nudged up too, which I wasn't expecting.
Body weight didn't move for the first 10 days then dropped in a pretty linear way after that. I'd love to hear from anyone else who went this route, specifically what biomarker or metric shifted first that told you the new compound was actually doing something different. HRV, glucose, waist, something else? Trying to keep my own tracking tight and curious what's worked for others.

The glucose creeping back up is what would bug me most though, that's the one I'd be watching closest with a doc. Sleep and RHR moving before the scale makes sense to me since I think the metabolic stuff under the hood shifts before you see it on the scale. My question is did you keep the same tracking window, like same time of
- weekendnate: Yeah I kept the same routine, same time every morning, fasted, before any water even, and the scale and glucose numbers are super consistent that way. The only thing I changed was I started logging injection site and time of dose because I wanted to see if there was any pattern with side effect timing, which there kinda was, glute injections seem smoother for me than thigh. The glucose creeping up was honestly what made me pull the trigger on switching, you're right that one matters most. I've
- weekendnate: I kept everything exactly the same – weighed and checked glucose first thing after waking, before coffee or water. I didn’t shift the timing or add extra meals; just let the new dose run its course while watching those numbers.
