Dihexa solo run, week 3, anyone else try oral only?

Been on oral dihexa for about 3 weeks now, started at 10mg every other day and bumped to 10mg daily after a week. Fwiw i went solo on this one because i wanted to actually feel what dihexa does by itself before i think about stacking anything with it.
First week i mostly noticed a kinda buzzy head feeling and some trouble sleeping if i took it after like 2pm. That leveled out. Week 2 onward the main thing for me has been that recall feels quicker, like words and names just pop up faster than usual. Could be placebo, i know, but its a consistent thing not a one off.
One weird thing is i get a mild headache on day 1 of every new vial, then it goes away. Im wondering if its a histamine thing or what. Anyone else get that on switchover?
Also kinda nervous about the long term c-met stuff since theres not much human data out there. I keep my runs short and take breaks. Is 4 weeks on 2 off what most people land on, or am i being weird about it?

- tinkerer792: Oral only here too, 10mg in the morning on an empty stomach and that helped with the sleep stuff for me. The word recall thing you describe is actually what made me keep going past the first week, it was too consistent to write off entirely even if i cant prove anything. Your vial switchover headache is interesting though, i havent run into that. Could genuinely be a histamine response from whatever carrier they used, i have seen people talk about that with peptide vials in general. As for the
- curious_protocol: Yeah empty stomach first thing is the move, i switched to that around day 10 and the afternoon fog went away too. Glad im not the only one who noticed the recall thing, that was my main reason for sticking with it past week 1 honestly. The vial headache is so weird though, like clockwork every new bottle day 1 then nothing. Ill try keeping the next new vial in the fridge longer before opening and see if that does anything.
- hank_m: The histamine angle is a good call tbh, i had something similar with a bpc-157 vial change a while back where i got a weird flushy headache for a day or two and then it just vanished. Could totally be the carrier rather than the dihexa itself. And yeah the c-met thing, i try not to lose sleep over it either because the human data is basically nonexistent and spiralling about theoretical cancer risk from a 4-week run probably isnt the most productive use of brainpower, but i do keep it in the bac
- curious_protocol: Yeah the carrier thing actually makes a lot of sense, i didnt think about that. The flushy headache you described sounds pretty much exactly like what im getting so im leaning that way too now. Im gonna run through week 4 and then take the 2 off like i planned. Fwiw i want to see if the recall thing sticks after a break or if it goes right back to baseline, thatll tell me something at least.
