CagriSema vs straight tirz, anyone actually cross-shopped the two?

I have been on tirz for a few months now and the suppression is honestly fine but I keep reading about CagriSema and the dual pathway thing makes sense to me on paper.
Amylin plus GLP-1 hitting two different satiety centers sounds like it could get me past the plateau I am creeping into around week 14 or so.
I am not chasing numbers, I just want to figure out if switching is even worth a convo with my doc or if I should push through and titrate tirz a little higher first.
For those of you who have actually tried both, how did CagriSema feel different for appetite and side effects? The nausea profile worries me a bit since tirz already gives me a rough first day after the shot.
Curious if the food noise reduction felt meaningfully stronger or if it was kinda the same vibe.
