Anyone tried IDRA-21 alongside a Semax/Selank routine?

I've been running Semax in the morning and Selank later in the day for a few weeks now, mostly for work focus and to keep my mood steady when training gets heavy. The combo feels solid but I'm curious if there's room to push the cognitive side a bit further without going overboard on stimulation. I keep reading about IDRA-21 and the idea that a single dose can keep working for days because of how it sits on AMPA receptors.
That long tail is appealing tbh, less stuff going in and out of my system every day. My main worry is excitotoxicity, since Semax already has my glutamate system humming along. Would stacking IDRA-21 on top be asking for a headache or worse, or do they actually play nice together?
If you've run something similar I'd love to hear how you timed it and whether the focus felt clean or just wired. Also how often are you actually dosing it, every few days? Trying to figure out if this is worth exploring or if I should just stay where I am imo...
