Trying Low‑Dose Rapamycin for Immune Boost – my first few weeks

I’ve been reading a lot about mTOR inhibition and finally decided to give low‑dose rapamycin a try, just to see if it makes any difference in how I feel day‑to‑day. For what it’s worth, I started with 4 mg taken on a Monday and kept the rest of the week drug‑free, following the 3‑6 mg once‑weekly guideline I saw on the forum.
After the first dose I noticed a slight sore throat that cleared up by the third day, which seemed to be the most noticeable side effect. Aside from that, I’ve felt a bit more “wired” in the mornings – my energy on the bike feels steadier, and I don’t get the mid‑afternoon crash I used to have. My sleep has been a bit deeper too, though I can’t tell if that’s rapamycin or just a coincidence.
I’m keeping an eye on my blood work, especially lipids, because I read it can raise them at higher doses. Anyone else on a similar schedule? Curious if you’ve seen any changes in immune response or recovery after workouts. Thanks in advance!
