Considering my first longevity stack, where would you start?

Hey everyone, fairly new to all this so go easy on me. I've been reading about longevity for a while now (came into it through the usual rabbit hole, sleep, biomarkers, all of it) and I'm finally thinking about dipping a toe in properly.

The Immortality Stack on here honestly caught my eye because it ticks a few boxes I'd want to cover, telomeres, mitochondria, senescent cells, the lot. But it's a big commitment for a first timer.

For those who've actually been on multiple compounds, how did you phase things in? Did you start with one thing, get bloodwork, then add the next? Or is there a sensible order you'd suggest for someone just starting out?

I'm 38, bloods are decent but I want a baseline before I touch anything. Sleep is probably my weakest link right now, which is partly why epithalon stood out to me (the melatonin angle).

Also genuinely curious, is rapamycin something people only add later, or do some of you kick off with it alongside the peptides? I keep reading different things.

Not chasing miracles, just want to do this properly and not rush. Any honest input appreciated.
