Trying a low‑dose KLOW‑lite for post‑run recovery – need timing feedback

I’ve been running 10‑15 km 4‑5 times a week and notice lingering joint soreness and occasional gut upset. I read about the KLOW stack but worry about the injection load.
I’m thinking of a “lite” version: BPC‑157 250 mcg daily, TB‑500 1 mg twice a week, and GHK‑Cu 100 mcg daily. No KPV for now. I’d take BPC‑157 sub‑Q each morning on an empty stomach, GHK‑Cu after breakfast, and TB‑500 on Monday and Thursday evenings.
I reconstitute BPC‑157 in bacteriostatic water to 2 ml (125 mcg/ml) and draw 2 units for 250 mcg. TB‑500 I mix to 5 ml (200 mcg/ml) and give 5 units twice a week. GHK‑Cu I’m using a 1 ml vial at 200 mcg/ml, pulling 0.5 units for 100 mcg.
For about two weeks I’ve felt slightly less joint ache after runs, but I’m not sure if the schedule is optimal or if the doses are too low to see any real benefit.
Anyone run a similar reduced‑dose stack? How do you space the injections around workouts, and do you cycle off GHK‑Cu after a month? fwiw, I’m monitoring gut symptoms and doing blood work every six weeks.
