BPC-157 oral vs injectable for a stubborn Achilles tendinopathy?

I have been dealing with Achilles tendinopathy for about 4 months now, ngl it is driving me crazy. Eccentric heel drops, calf work, and load management have helped, but progress has basically stalled the past month.
I have run BPC-157 injectable before for a different tendon thing and seemed to bounce back faster, but I am curious about the oral arginate form this time since the injury site is hard to reach with a needle and I am tired of pinning near the tendon.
For those who have used both, did oral arginate feel comparable to the injectable for tendon healing in your experience, or noticeably weaker? I keep seeing the oral form talked up for gut stuff more than tendon, so wondering if it really gets enough to the soft tissue to matter.
Also timing wise, would you split a 500 to 1000 mcg dose twice daily away from meals, or does food not matter that much? Trying to set up a 6 to 8 week run alongside my rehab work and want to set expectations.

- nightmarcus: Imo the oral arginate form gets talked up mostly for gut stuff because the bioavailability data leans that direction, so my expectation for a stubborn tendon like yours would honestly be lower than the injectable route, not equal to it, even though some people do swear by oral for tendon things, could just be them noticing something else though. For timing I would split it twice daily on an empty stomach if you want to play it by what is out there, the general consensus seems to be that food dro
- nina_trailrun: Yeah that tracks with what I was suspecting honestly. Sounds like oral arginate for this specific issue is probably a waste of a cycle and I should just suck it up and pin near the tendon again. Last time I did 250 mcg twice a day subq close to the site for 6 weeks and it felt like that was when things actually turned around. When you say keep progressing loaded calf work, do you mean something specific? I have been doing heavy slow resistance 3x a week plus isometrics every other day but my PT
