KLOW plus P21 timing question for recovery and focus overlap

Hi all, been running a KLOW type stack for some weeks now for an old shoulder issue, GHK-Cu 200mcg, KPV 500mcg, BPC-157 500mcg daily and TB-500 2.5mg twice a week. Recovery has been steady, no big complaints, maybe a little flushing on injection days but nothing serious.
Now I want to add P21, the CNTF tetrapeptide, mostly for the nootropic and BDNF side. The half-life is short, 4 to 6 hours from what I read on the profile here, so I am wondering about timing.
My question is more for people who have actually stacked something like this, not me asking for a dose, just the logic. If KLOW goes subcutaneous in the morning, and P21 is also subcutaneous, do you separate them? I was thinking P21 in the early afternoon so it is away from the regenerative shots, but I am not sure if there is any real reason for that or I am just overthinking it.
Also curious if anyone noticed the focus or cognitive effect building slowly, because for me nothing has been dramatic so far and I keep wondering if my timing is off. Any feedback welcome.

- sleep_coastal: For me KLOW in the morning and P21 around lunch kept things simple and I never had a site reaction overlap. Anectodally the focus thing creeps in, like week two or three, not day one, so if you are early give it a little more time. Subq site wise I would just keep them apart, a few hours is plenty, no real pharmacokinetic reason to overthink it, just comfort. Have you tried P21 on an empty stomach before? I felt a cleaner signal that way, could just be me though.
- biohacker_maya: Morning KLOW and lunch P21 is basically what I was planning, glad to hear it worked for you without any overlap. The empty stomach thing I have not tried yet, I usually eat around 11 because of my schedule, but I could push it later on shot days and see if the focus feels any different, maybe around 1pm instead. How far apart from eating do you usually do yours?
- mel_b: Anecdotally I agree the focus creeps in slow, I think people bail too early on this stuff expecting day one clarity and then call it useless when really it's more of a week three thing. The empty stomach thing is interesting though, what were you noticing that made you think it was cleaner, like was it the focus itself or more just less of a dull background feeling? Curious if that holds up or if it's just placebo dressed up nicely 💉
- biohacker_maya: Honestly the empty stomach thing, for me it was less of the buzzy "I am working" feeling and more like the dull background noise just quieted down, if that makes sense. Like I could sit and read an article without checking my phone every two minutes, no? Hard to say if that is real or I just wanted it to be real. Week three matches what I felt too, I was close to calling it at week two and then something shifted around day 15 or so. Curious, did you notice it stacking with the BPC or did it fee
