FGL peptide vs selank for anxiety, anyone tried both?

Been digging into the cognitive side of things for a few months now and i'm fixin' to narrow down my next experiment. Semax is great for the focus side, no question, but the anxiety piece is where i keep getting stuck. Some days i feel wired but not in a good way 😎

I'm weighing selank against FGL right now. Selank seems to have more chatter around it, and people talk about the GABA calming effect like it's pretty reliable. But FGL caught my eye bc it works through that FGFR pathway for synaptic plasticity, so in theory it could help with mood over time instead of just calming you down in the moment.

Has anyone here actually run both and can speak to how they compare? Like did selank feel more like an acute chill-out, while FGL was slower but built up? Curious if FGL did anything noticeable for memory or just felt neutral. Also how long did you run it before you decided it was or wasn't doing something for you?
