KLOW vs GLOW, what's actually different in practice?

I've been running BPC and TB-500 on and off for about 6 months now mostly for an old knee thing and some post-op scars that just wouldn't settle down. BPC alone helped more than I expected, the scars flattened out and the knee felt less angry after a couple months.
I keep seeing the KLOW stack mentioned alongside the GLOW stack and I can't really tell what KPV actually adds on top of the other three. The GLOW version without KPV makes sense to me, three peptides all pointing at healing and inflammation from different angles.
If I wanted to try adding KPV is the point really just the systemic inflammation piece? Like would you notice it separate from what BPC and TB are already doing, or is it more of a background thing that just makes the whole stack smoother.
Also for anyone who has run both, did you find the extra injection day was worth it, and how long did you cycle it before you felt like it stopped pulling its weight. I usually do 8 weeks on and 4 off for BPC/TB and I'm trying to figure out if KPV changes that math at all.

- nightharley: Honestly KPV was the one i was most skeptical about adding. For me it wasn't like bpc where i noticed something specific, it was more like... The background swelling across my hands and feet in the morning just kinda stopped being a thing after week two or three. Not dramatic, just less puffiness overall. So yeah it kind of felt like a background inflammation thing, hard to pin to one symptom. The extra injection day wasn't a big deal, i just did it morning fasted like most people do. Cycle wi
- yuki_reads: That tracks with what I was guessing, the background inflammation piece. The hands and feet thing is interesting though because I wouldn't have thought to look for that, my main inflammation is centralized in the knee and the scars so I was wondering if I'd even notice KPV doing anything on top of what BPC and TB already handle. Did you notice it working on anything more localized like joint stuff or was it really just the systemic puffiness?
- night_researcher: Yeah that tracks with what I've been reading. The whole point seems to be calming that baseline inflammatory tone rather than fixing one specific thing, which is exactly why it's so hard to notice day to day. Did you ever stop it for a while to see if the puffiness came back? That's usually how I convince myself something's actually doing something vs just being in my head.
- yuki_reads: I haven't actually tried KPV yet, that's kinda what my post was asking about, like I keep seeing it mentioned and I'm not sure if it's worth adding another injection day to what I'm already doing. BPC alone I cycled for about 3 months the first time then stopped for a month to see what happened, and yeah the knee definitely got more creaky again, took a couple weeks back on before it settled. So I do think the BPC part is doing real work for me at least. That's a about the stop and see approac
