CagriSema vs triple-hormone agonists, who is actually cross-shopping these?

Stalled on tirz at month 4, switched to reta and finally broke through. Now i keep staring at the cagrisema data wondering if i should have waited.

The amylin angle is what gets me. Tirz and reta both hit GLP-1, maybe GIP, but neither touches the satiety pathways cagrilintide does. Feels like adding a second brake on appetite instead of flooring one pedal harder.

For anyone who has actually run cagrisema or stacked cagrilintide on top of a GLP-1, what was different in the first few weeks? Did the nausea feel worse than tirz alone or just different? I am also curious if anyone noticed any change in food noise specifically, since that is where i still struggle even at therapeutic reta doses.

Basically trying to figure out if the combo is worth the jump once reta stops working or if i should just ride it out. My HRV is already meh on reta and adding another peptide makes me nervous 😅
