Injection site getting angry halfway through a TB-500 run, normal or am I doing something wrong?

Hey everyone, I need some input here. I'm about 5 weeks into a TB-500 run for a stubborn patellar tendon, and the last two injections have left my stomach area looking rough. Red, raised, a bit itchy for a day or two afterwards. First three weeks were totally fine, barely felt them, so I'm not sure what's changed.
I'm rotating sites, using the same insulin syringes I started with, swabbing with alcohol before each pin. Nothing about my prep is different from week one. Dose is the same too.
Is this just my body finally reacting to the compound itself after a few weeks? Or could the vial be the issue, like maybe it's getting contaminated somehow after multiple draws? I've heard people mention bacteriostatic water goes off after a certain number of needle entries but I'm not sure how real that is.
For those of you who ran TB-500 longer than 4 or 5 weeks, did you ever notice the injection sites getting worse as the run went on? And if it happened to you, did you switch to subcutaneous instead of intramuscular, or just push through it? Curious what actually worked before I start dreading every pin day.

- grinder265: Ngl the vial contamination thing is worth taking seriously. Every draw is a potential entry point, and bac water isn't some magical forever stable solution. Could be degradation, could be micro contamination building up over multiple pokes. The site reaction starting late is weird though. Usually if you're gonna react it's from day one unless something changed. Are you reconstituting the same vial you started with 5 weeks ago? Because that alone could be the answer. Bac water loses its preserva
- runner_aaron: Yeah that's exactly what's happening, same vial since week one. Reconstituted with 3ml bac water and I've been pulling from it twice a week, so that's what, ten pokes now? It lives in the fridge door in the little tray I got with my BPC. So your point about the preservative edge fading the more you stick it actually makes sense to me, didn't think of it that way. If I grab a new vial do I pitch what's left or is there a safe way to use it up faster? Like pinning every day for a couple days to f
