NA-Selank Amidate vs regular Selank, what actually changed for you?

I keep going back and forth on this one, so figured I would ask what other people are actually noticing.
I have been using regular Selank for a while now, mostly for that calm focus thing and to take the edge off when work gets chaotic. It works, but it felt kinda short for me, like I would spray it and get a nice window then it kind of faded by mid afternoon.
I tried NA-Selank Amidate last month and the duration genuinely felt different. Same vibe mentally but it just lasted longer through my coaching days. The mild nasal irritation I usually get seemed a little less too, which I was not expecting.
Curious if anyone else has stacked them or switched over completely. And for those who tried both, did the Amidate version change anything for your sleep or dreams? I had one weirdly vivid night and I cannot tell if it was me or the peptide.

- weekendnate: Interesting, I have only used regular Selank so far but the duration thing tracks with what I read about the amidate ester slowing clearance. A longer effective window with the same subjective feel would line up with that. On the vivid dreams, I get occasional weird nights on regular Selank too, mostly during the first week or when I dose later in the day. Could be the peptide, could just be stress or sleep timing. I would not put much weight on a single night either way. If you have HRV or sl
- quiet_ironman: Yeah the ester thing makes sense, that tracks with what I was feeling for sure. Sleep tracking is a great idea actually, I wear a Whoop so I can go back and pull HRV numbers from the regular Selank weeks vs the NA-Selank Amidate stretch, I did not think to compare them side by side yet but I will this week and report back if anything jumps out. On the dreams, fair point, one night is basically nothing. I have been dosing around 11am so later in the day could be it, maybe I will move it earlier
