Heart rate jump on tirz, is this just my body adjusting or something I should flag?

I am about 7 weeks in on tirz, currently at 7.5 mg. I have been tracking resting HR on my watch for months and noticed it climbed from a baseline around 58 to about 66 to 68 over the last few weeks. Not dramatic but it is clearly a trend on the chart.

BP is basically unchanged, sleep is fine, HRV dropped a bit but nothing crazy. I did not change caffeine, training, or anything else obvious. I am wondering if anyone else saw a sustained HR bump that did not settle down.

I know GLP-1s can affect fluid balance and sympathetic tone but I would rather hear what people actually experienced. How long did it take to level off for you, and at what point did you bring it up with a doctor?

Also taking omega-3 daily and have been on NR for a while, not sure if that matters for context. Just trying to figure out if this is normal titration noise or something worth investigating. 🥗
