BPC-157 timing around physio sessions for a grumbling supraspinatus, what actually worked for you

Hey, picking the collective brain on this one. Got a sore shoulder, supraspinatus is the one giving me hassles, nothing torn but it's been hanging around for months and my physio says the tendon is just angry and not switching off properly.
I'm planning a proper BPC-157 run, 500mcg a day split into two doses, but i'm not sure how to time it around my rehab work. Do you dose before the session so it's already working when you're loading the tendon, or after so it can settle in during recovery? I keep going back and forth on this in my head tbh.
Also wondering if i should throw TB-500 in there or just keep it simple with BPC on its own first. Tendon stuff is stubborn and i don't want to waste a run being impatient. For me the worst thing is starting too many things at once and not knowing what actually helped.
If anyone has run BPC solo for a rotator cuff type issue and got it sorted, would love to hear what the timeline looked like and whether you timed doses around training or just took it morning and night and forgot about it.

- weekendnate: For me BPC alone was enough for a cranky supraspinatus a couple years back, no need to stack TB on top. I did 500mcg split morning and night for 8 weeks and didn't fuss about timing around rehab, I just took it on a schedule and let the loading do the rest. The thing that actually moved the needle was the physio work being consistent. The peptide might have helped, could've been placebo, but I tracked sleep and HRV through the run and nothing jumped out. By week 5 the tendon felt less "hot" and
- labrat_frugal: Ngl I had almost the same takeaway when I tried BPC for a stubborn rotator cuff thing. I stressed about timing for like a week, then just settled into morning and evening dosing and stopped overthinking it, the tendon settled down around week 4 or 5 for me too. Honestly the rehab consistency is where the magic happens, the peptide just seems to maybe take the edge off while you do the boring work. I'd agree on skipping the TB stack for now, you can always add it later if the BPC alone doesn't se
- runner_aaron: Yeah that lines up with what my physio keeps saying, the loading work is doing the heavy lifting and the peptide is just trying to keep the inflammation from fighting back while the tendon remodels. Morning and evening is what I'm landing on too, I'll just pin before breakfast and again before dinner so it's spread out across the day. With you on skipping the TB for now, going to give BPC a fair 5 or 6 weeks on its own first and then reassess from there.
- tiredmira: Yeah honestly I tracked my BPC run the same way and my HRV was basically flat the whole time, so I agree the measurable stuff didn't move. The loading program was the thing I could actually feel working week to week, the peptide was more like background noise for me too. Curious if you noticed anything at the actual injection site, I got some local irritation that I wasn't sure was normal ๐
