DSIP morning grogginess, anyone else hitting this or is it dose-dependent?

Ran DSIP for the first few nights last week, 100mcg about 45min before bed. Delta sleep felt noticeably deeper, waking up less, and my HRV on the watch looked cleaner. But the next two mornings I was dragging ass until mid morning, like a heavy fog that would not lift. Cut to 50mcg last night and felt the sleep benefits but woke up way sharper. Ngl the dose response curve on this one seems steep for me personally.
Couple things I want to ask the room. For those running DSIP longer term, does the grogginess fade as you adapt, or does it just track dose every single night? And has anyone tried front loading it earlier like 90min before bed to let the peak wear off before morning? I know the half life is short but the subjective effect on wakefulness lingers longer than I'd expect from the PK.
Also curious if anyone has stacked it with something like low dose theanine or magnesium glycinate to smooth the wake up. Not looking to combine a dozen things, just want the deep sleep without paying for it the next morning.

- weekendnate: I had a similar curve on DSIP when I trialed it. 100mcg gave me that same heavy morning fog, cut to 50 and it cleaned up fast. For me the grogginess never really faded with continued use, it tracked dose night after night. On timing, I tried pushing it to about 90 minutes before bed and it did help with the morning drag, though I never measured anything formal, just how I felt waking up. Magnesium glycinate at night seemed to smooth things out too, less of that grogginess without changing the s
- grinder265: Yeah that tracks with what I saw, seems like the morning drag is dose locked and doesnt really adapt out. Ill try pushing it back to 90min before bed and see if the wake up shifts, and probably add mag glycinate back in since I already have it around. Theanine gave me a similar middle of the night alertness thing so probably skipping that. Thanks for confirming the curve isnt just me being weird.
