This one is from the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, and it is basically doctors admitting they keep getting asked about BPC, TB-500, growth hormone secretagogues, the whole lot, and they do not really have clean answers yet. A paediatric case apparently kicked off the discussion too, which tells you this stuff is leaking out of adult sport into younger people, and that worries me more than anything.

What I like is that they are not dismissing it, they are just saying the evidence is thin and the safety data is worse. That matches how it feels using these things in the real world. You see results, but you have no idea what you are not seeing. Has anyone here actually had a proper conversation with a sports doc about their stack, or do most of you just keep it off the table?

Them owning that the evidence is thin and the safety data is even thinner is honestly more useful than another review paper handwaving it away. Ngl i have never brought it up with my sports med guy. He knows i run dumb distances and i have brought up random aches, but the actual stack stays in my notes app. Part of it is i do not want it in my chart, part of
