BPC-157 oral vs injectable for a nagging Achilles tendinopathy, what actually worked for you?

Ive been dealing with low grade Achilles tendinopathy for like 8 months now and im kinda at my wits end. Did the standard stuff, eccentric heel drops, loaded calf work, cut running volume way back, and its better than it was but still there. Like a dull ache when i first stand up in the morning and after long days on my feet.
Ive read through a bunch of the BPC-157 stuff here and im trying to figure out if i should bother with the oral arginate form or just go straight to injectable. The oral convenience is appealing, but from what ive seen people say the injectable seems more reliable for tendon stuff specifically. Has anyone with actual Achilles experience compared the two? Curious if the oral version gave anyone noticeable results for soft tissue or if its more of a gut healing thing.
Also, would love to hear timing around rehab work. Like do you dose it right before your heel drop sessions or spread it out through the day? Trying to figure out a practical setup before i pull the trigger on anything.
