6 weeks on retatrutide, my CGM and scale finally agree with each other

Okay so I have been sitting on retatrutide for about 6 weeks now and the weirdest thing just happened. My CGM glucose curve and my weekly scale trend finally started matching up. Like actually matching, not the usual "scale says something, CGM says something else" situation I had on tirz last year 😅
Quick rundown of what changed for me. Fasting glucose dropped from around 102 to 91 over the 6 weeks. Post-meal spikes are smaller and come down faster. Resting HR is down about 4 bpm. And I am down roughly 6.5 pounds, which honestly felt slow week to week but the trend line is clean.
Appetite suppression feels different than tirz to me. Less "I forgot to eat" and more "I eat because it is time, not because I am hungry." The food noise is quieter in the evenings especially.
Side effects were rough the first 2 weeks, nausea after bigger meals mostly. Settled down once I moved doses to bedtime.
Curious if anyone else is tracking CGM alongside retat and what your glucose trend looked like early on. Was the drop gradual for you too or sudden?
