My current gh stack setup, wanted some feedback on timing

So i've been running a cjc/ipamorelin combo for a few months now and just added mk-677 into the mix basically last week, and i'm trying to figure out if my timing makes sense or if i'm overthinking it. Right now i do 100mcg cjc no-dac and 200mcg ipa subq about 20 min before bed on an empty stomach, and i take 25mg mk-677 orally around dinner time so the hunger thing doesn't totally wreck my sleep. The theory i was going off of is that mk-677 keeps igf-1 elevated around the clock and the cjc/ipa shot gives me a stronger pulse at night when gh is naturally highest anyway.

Sleep has been noticeably deeper for me on this, like i wake up feeling more rested, but i also wake up with tingling in my hands sometimes and i'm retaining more water than i'd like. Bloodwork last week showed fasting glucose crept up a few points which i know is the mk-677 thing. Is anyone else splitting their mk-677 dose or running it earlier in the day to help with the glucose and hunger? Also curious if a 5 on 2 off schedule for the cjc/ipa makes sense or if i should just run it daily.

  • engineer_cora: The tingling is basically just water retention from the mk pressing on nerves, super common and annoying but usually goes away if you keep an eye on sodium and potassium intake. For the glucose creeping up, yeah that one is well known with mk, splitting the dose or moving it earlier does help some people, I tried taking mine at like 4pm instead of dinner and my morning readings were a bit better after a couple weeks, could just be me though. For the 5 on 2 off question, daily cjc/ipa is what mo
  • cooks_grinder: Yeah the sodium/potassium angle makes sense, i do eat pretty salty so that's probably not helping. I'll try moving the mk earlier like you did and see if the morning glucose settles down over a couple weeks. On the 5 on 2 off thing, my thinking was letting the receptors breathe but honestly i have no real evidence behind that, just something i read somewhere. How long did you run cjc/ipa daily before you noticed anything, like weeks or months? I'm at about 3 months and the sleep improvement was
  • tiredmira: I split mine too, actually 12.5 in the morning and 12.5 around 4, and the fasting numbers came down faster than just moving dinner dose earlier 🥗
  • cooks_grinder: Oh nice, that's actually a smart way to do it, i've heard splitting the dose can help with the glucose side of things because you're not getting one big bolus all at once. Did you move all of it off dinner or just half?
