Trying Matrixyl 3000 with low‑dose rapamycin – any skin changes?

Hey folks, I’ve been dabbling in a simple anti‑age stack for the past two months. I started a weekly low‑dose rapamycin (about 4 mg) after reading a few threads on autophagy and immune rejuvenation. At the same time I added a night cream that lists Palmitoyl Tripeptide‑1 and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide‑7 – the so‑called Matrixyl 3000 – at roughly 3 % each. I apply it after my shower, twice a day.

For me the biggest thing has been a subtle smoothing around the jawline. The fine lines look a bit less deep, and the skin feels a bit firmer to the touch. I haven’t noticed any irritation or breakouts. My sleep has been unchanged, but I do feel a bit more “clear‑headed” on the days after the rapamycin dose.

Just wanted to see if anyone else has paired these two, or noticed any skin or energy effects worth noting.
