P21 vs Adamax for daily focus, anyone tried both?

I have been digging into the cognitive peptide world for a while now and I keep going back and forth between P21 and Adamax for daytime focus stuff. P21 seems interesting because of the BDNF bump and hippocampal neurogenesis angle, which sounds like a slower build but more lasting change kind of thing. Adamax is more of a Semax family analog so I would expect more immediate focus effects, kinda like a cleaner Semax that lasts longer, but the overstimulation worry is real for me.

For anyone who has actually used one or both, what did you notice in real life? Like, did P21 feel subtle at first and build, or did you notice something right away? And Adamax, did it actually feel different from plain Semax or just kinda similar with a longer tail? I am trying to decide if I want the synaptogenesis angle or the more acute focus angle right now 🧠

Also open to hearing why some of you ended up combining them or stacking with something else. Just curious what real people are experiencing with these two.

  • elle_z: I’ve tried both over the past few months lah. P21 felt pretty subtle at first – almost nothing for the first week – then around day 10 I noticed a clearer headspace when reading and less mental fatigue in the evenings. It wasn’t a jolt, more like a steady background lift ⚡. Adamax hit me faster, within 30‑45 minutes after a nasal spray, giving that sharp, clean focus similar to Semax but the edge lasted a few hours longer without the crash I sometimes get from plain Semax. I didn’t stack them t

I am also seeing that slow build thing, like nothing happens for a week and then suddenly I am reading longer without drifting off. Adamax on the other hand I found a bit too sharp if I take it after noon, sleep goes off for me. Do you take it only in the morning itself, or have you tried afternoon dosing also?
