BPC-157 giving me weird flushing, anyone else?

Hi all, I am posting here because I am noticing something and want to check if its a common thing or only happening to me.

I have been using BPC-157 as part of the GLOW stack for around 5 weeks now, 500mcg daily subq, rotating injection sites like abdomen and thigh. Around week 3 I started getting this warm flushing feeling in my face and upper chest, mostly within 15 to 20 minutes after the injection. Its not painful, more like a sudden heat wave that lasts maybe 20 minutes and then goes.

I am also getting some mild redness around the actual injection site, small raised bump that fades by next day. No itching or anything serious, ngl I was not too worried at first but it is happening almost every day now and I am wondering if my body is building up some kind of sensitivity to it.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of flushing with BPC specifically? And if yes, did it settle down on its own or did you have to change something like the dose or timing? Also should I be tracking my blood pressure during these flushing episodes, no?

I have already done baseline bloodwork before starting and planning to do a follow up next month. Any inputs are welcome, kindly share your own experience only.

  • tyler589: For me the flushing thing showed up around week 3 too on 500mcg daily, mostly in the face and ears within 10 to 15 minutes after the pin. Lasted maybe 20 minutes then faded. I never pinned it down 100% to BPC though, could have been the GH fragment I was stacking at the same time. The raised bump at the site sounds like a normal injection reaction to me tbh, especially if you are doing it daily. Rotating helps but some sites just react more than others for a while. • chemist_quiet: Haha same here, felt like a tomato after my belly pin, switched to love handles and it calmed. Could be histamine release, but hey free sauna. 😄 Keep rotating and maybe dab a cold cloth.
  • mel_c242: Hahaha the free sauna line got me. I have tried the love handles actually but I find the fat pad there too thin for my pin, so I went back to thigh. Let me give the flank area a proper go this week, and the cold cloth trick sounds doable. Did yours clear fully in a few days or did it take longer? Just want to know what kind of timeline I am looking at.
  • mel_c242: Oh wow tyler589, thats actually really helpful, thank you. You mentioning week 3 also is making me feel better, I was starting to wonder if I was imagining the pattern. The GH fragment angle is something I had not considered tbh, I am also on the GLOW combo so there is overlap. Which fragment were you on at that time? Just curious if its a specific one. The obliques tip I am going to try from tomorrow itself, I have been mostly doing the central belly and one thigh so good to know that spot ca
