Dihexa + cerebrolysin: stacking for memory, what actually happened

Hi everyone, i wanted to share a little log of my first proper run combining oral dihexa with cerebrolysin IM, since i have been poking around the cognitive boards for a while now and figured someone might find this useful (or want to poke holes in it, which is also welcome haha).

Background, ma'am/sir energy aside, i am in my 30s, female, mostly interested in language work and reading retention. I started dihexa oral at 10mg every other day for two weeks on its own first, just to see how i tolerated it. Sleep was fine, maybe a faint headache on day 2 that went away with water and a snack.

Week 3 i added cerebrolysin 5ml IM on weekdays for a 10 day course, keeping the dihexa schedule the same. The difference i noticed was less "laser focus" and more like... Words and names sticking on the first or second read instead of needing a third pass. I was honestly shocked on day 6 when i remembered a client's project brief from two weeks prior without checking my notes.

I did feel a little wired by mid afternoon, so i moved dihexa to mornings only. Bloodwork came back clean at the end.

Questions for anyone who has stacked these: did you find a ceiling effect, and how long did you wait between cerebrolysin courses? I am trying to plan a sensible off-ramp before i start another cycle ✨
