BPC-157 timing around rehab sessions, what actually works?

Got a nagging supraspinatus tendinopathy that's been with me for about four months now. Started loading it properly with progressive rehab and it's slowly improving but I want to give it a push.
Thinking about running BPC-157 at 500mcg a day subq and I've seen people mention timing it either pre or post training. Imo the angiogenesis story makes me think taking it close to the session makes sense, so the growth factor upregulation is peaking when blood flow to the area is already elevated from the work. But I've also read arguments for splitting the dose morning and night to keep levels more stable throughout the day.
For anyone who's actually used it for a tendon issue, when did you pin relative to your rehab work and did one approach seem to make a real difference, or was it all placebo? I don't expect miracles, just want to optimise what I've got.

- amber281: I've been dealing with achilles tendonitis on and off for the past year so i feel your pain, the boring slow rehab grind is the worst part. Honestly when i ran bpc i just pinned once in the morning most days and didn't really stress about timing it around my physio work, i didn't notice any obvious difference whether i did it before or after. Could easily be placebo though because i wasn't tracking anything properly. The one thing i'd say is don't skip the loading work just because you've got
- curiouscaleb: Yeah, the mechanical stimulus thing is exactly why I kept the loading protocol going rather than just pinning and hoping. Slow eccentrics twice a week plus heavier isometrics on the other days, and I'm only adding BPC on top, not swapping it in. That's useful to hear you didn't notice a timing difference though, makes me lean towards just doing it once in the morning and not overthinking it. Cheers for the input mate, much appreciated.
