Retatrutide titration, how slow did you actually go?

Right, so I've been digging into retatrutide for a planned cut later this year and the titration schedule looks aggressive on paper (1 to 12mg weekly). For those who've run it, how did you actually step up?
I'm starting at a pretty normal BMI and my main goal is dropping stubborn visceral fat rather than chasing a dramatic total weight number. I've got good baseline bloods and HRV trends so I'll be tracking closely either way.
The GI stuff worries me more than the heart rate bump honestly. Did anyone find a slower ramp (like doubling the time at each dose) made a real dent in nausea, or is it one of those things where you just have to white-knuckle week one and it calms down? Also keen to hear how appetite suppression compared to tirzepatide, since that's my reference point.
Not looking for a protocol, just curious what worked for people in practice.
