Headaches after a few days on SS-31, anyone else?

Hi all 🙂 I started SS-31 a couple weeks ago, just a low dose to start, nothing fancy. The first few days felt fine, maybe a touch more energy on walks but honestly could be placebo. Around day 5 I started getting these dull headaches, mostly behind my eyes, and they stuck around most of the week.

I checked the profile here on ResearchSafe and injection site reactions and headache are listed as known side effects, so that tracks. I drank more water, slept the same, nothing else changed in my stack or diet.

I dropped the dose down for a few days and the headaches eased, went back up and they came back. So for me it seems dose related, which is reassuring I guess, but I would rather understand it properly.

Is this something people see often with SS-31, or could I be reacting to the mitochondrial ROS drop and some adjustment period? I had basic bloodwork before I started, all fine, and I plan to redo it after a month. Anyone with insight or links to share would be great, I am still pretty new to all this and prefer to go slow.
