TB4-Frag vs full TB-500 for stubborn Achilles tendon, anyone tried?

I have been dealing with a low-grade Achilles issue for about four months now. It is the kind of thing that feels 80% on a good day and then ruins me the morning after I push it in football. I already ran a full BPC-157 + TB-500 cycle earlier this year and got decent results, but the tendon still flares if I do anything explosive.
Recently I have been reading about TB4-Frag on the profile page here, and the idea that a smaller fragment might penetrate tissue better caught my attention. The dose range listed is 200-750 mcg daily or every other day, which is a lot different from the 2-5 mg twice a week I was running with full TB-500.
Has anyone actually used TB4-Frag for a stubborn tendon, especially Achilles? I am curious whether the healing felt more localised, whether you stacked it with BPC-157 still, and what kind of timeline you noticed. Also open to hearing from anyone who switched mid-recovery from full TB-500 to the fragment and what made you switch.
For me this is not a medical decision, I will talk to my doctor before changing anything. Just want to hear real experiences first.

- tiredmira: I did full TB-500 earlier this year for a nagging Achilles and it helped, but it was not a clean fix either. Still got that annoying morning stiffness if I went hard the day before. I have not tried the fragment yet but the tissue penetration angle is basically the reason I am curious too. Smaller molecule, supposedly better localized action, and the dosing is much lower which I kinda prefer. For me BPC-157 was the more obvious piece during my cycle. The TB seemed to help more with the general
- hank_f: Honestly this matches my read too, the tissue penetration claim for tb4-frag is mostly theoretical and i havent seen a study showing it actually localizes better in tendon. The lower dosing is appealing for sure but appealing and proven arent the same thing. Fwiw i think loading bpc longer or stacking it with focused eccentric work would move the needle more than swapping fragments. Did you notice the bpc helping the actual tendon or just the surrounding tissue?
- quinn_swims: Actually. The BPC seemed to help the sheath and the morning stiffness went down noticeably within two weeks, but the mid-tendon pain on dorsiflexion was always the last thing to budge, almost like it never fully resolved. I did zero eccentric loading back then, just rested and played, so that probably explains a lot of why it came back. I am starting to think you are right and I should fix that part before chasing another peptide.
- quinn_swims: Yeah, that matches what I saw too. BPC-157 felt like it was doing more of the actual tendon work and TB-500 was more like general recovery background noise. I am not in a rush to drop full TB-500 entirely though since it did help, just not enough on its own. How long did your full TB cycle run, and did you feel any difference between early weeks and later weeks? I am trying to figure out if my issue was duration or just the wrong tool for the job.
