Low dose semaglutide and my step count dropped – has anyone else seen this?

I started on a low dose of semaglutide a few weeks ago to help with appetite control. The weight is coming off steady, which is great, but I’ve noticed my daily step count has fallen by about a thousand steps compared to my baseline before starting. I track steps with my phone and also log HRV and sleep, and those haven’t changed much besides the step dip.

I’m wondering if the reduced appetite is also making me move less without realizing it, or if it’s just a coincidence. Has anyone else on semaglutide or similar GLP‑1s seen a drop in their normal activity levels? I’m not looking to change anything yet, just curious if this is a common side effect worth watching while the fat loss continues. Would love to hear what others are seeing in their logs.
