KLOW vs GLOW for someone finishing a Wolverine cycle, how do you decide?

Just wrapped a longer BPC/TB-500 run for a niggle in my supraspinatus that's been hanging around since winter, and I'm trying to figure out what to bridge into. I keep going back and forth between KLOW and GLOW.

KLOW appeals because of the KPV piece for inflammation, but adding another daily pin for one compound makes me hesitate. GLOW feels simpler and covers most of what I want from a recovery stack.

I'm running training 5 days a week, decent volume, and my main goals right now are keeping the shoulder happy, sleeping properly, and not looking like a tired teacher by Friday afternoon. Skin and hair stuff would be a bonus, not the reason.

What actually tipped it for you when you had to choose? Was it the KPV effect you noticed, or more that the extra pin was a non-issue? And did anyone run GLOW straight after a Wolverine-style block and wish they'd held off or added something else instead? Curious what people found worked, not just what looks tidy on paper.

  • fasted_scientist: Honestly the extra pin bit used to put me off KPV, but in the end it wasn't a big deal once I got used to the routine. KPV seemed to take the edge off that lingering niggle better than I expected, could've been timing or placebo though, hard to say. If sleep's a real priority for you though, that's where I'd actually focus, not the stack choice. GLOW is cleaner logistically, KLOW gives you that inflammation angle. Question is whether your shoulder's still flaring or mostly settled. What was th
  • runner_aaron: Howzit. Yeah the shoulder is mostly settled, maybe a 1 or 2 out of 10 now and then, just background stuff. Block ran about 8 weeks, 250/250 twice a week for BPC, TB was 2mg twice a week split. Sleep is actually the bigger thing tbh, been waking up at like 2am most nights for the last month and it's wrecking me. If GLOW is better for that then maybe that's the way I lean. Was your sleep better on it or was it more the recovery side you noticed?
  • runner_aaron: Yeah the pin thing is more mental than anything, fair. BPC/TB was about 8 weeks, last couple I dropped BPC and just kept the TB rolling. Shoulder is mostly quiet now, occasional tightness in the morning if I sleep on it wrong but no real pain. Sleep is honestly the bigger issue, you might be right there. Did KPV do anything for sleep for you or was that more the melatonin side of things?
  • quiet_ironman: I gave GLOW a shot after my BPC/TB run and fell asleep faster, stayed asleep till 6am. The shoulder felt okay but the real win was not staring at the ceiling at 2am. KLOW didn’t do that for me.
  • runner_aaron: Howzit, sleep tipping the scale is actually a really useful data point tbh. I didn't think about it that way but yeah, sleep has been rough lately and if GLOW helps me actually stay down that might be the move. How long did it take before you noticed the sleep change, like within a week or did it creep in slowly?
