GLOW vs KLOW for a 50k block, is the KPV actually moving the needle or am I overcomplicating it

Running a 50k prep block right now, lots of downhill miles so my knees and achilles are getting cooked. I ran a Wolverine stack last training cycle (bpc + tb500, bpc daily, tb500 twice a week) and it seemed to help, recovery between sessions felt smoother, could just be placebo ngl.

Thinking about stepping up to GLOW this time since I want the skin/collagen angle too, I run in sun a lot and noticed my skin taking a beating. But part of me wants to just go straight to KLOW and add KPV for the inflammation piece.

Here is my question for anyone who has run both. Did you actually notice a difference adding KPV to the GLOW base, or does it feel like the bpc is already covering that anti inflammatory job well enough? I am trying to keep pin frequency reasonable since I am injecting daily already on the bpc.

Also for dosing math, the profiles list ghk-cu 200mcg daily in both stacks, is that actually what people run or do you front load and taper? Curious what has worked for people mid training block vs post race.
