KLOW + Larazotide pairing for a 50k block, gut lining holding up or placebo

Ngl my gut always takes a hit when mileage climbs past 40mpw. Bloating, random cramping mid run, the usual. Started pairing my KLOW stack with Larazotide about 3 weeks in and it seems like the GI stuff calmed down faster than KLOW alone ever did for me. Dosing right now is GHK-Cu 200mcg and KPV 500mcg daily, TB-500 2.5mg 2x a week, BPC-157 500mcg daily, plus Larazotide at 0.5mg 3x a day before meals.
Could just be that the systemic inflammation load dropped and the gut calmed on its own. But the larazotide angle on tight junctions makes sense to me, KLOW is more about repair signaling and less about barrier integrity. Stacking them felt like covering both sides of the equation.
Anyone else running this combo long term? Curious if the larazotide needs a loading window or if steady daily dosing actually moves the needle. Also wondering if timing the larazotide doses around harder training days matters at all.

- tiredmira: The barrier vs repair split is a pretty reasonable way to frame it honestly. KLOW does seem more about signaling downstream repair, larazotide is more directly acting on the tight junctions themselves, so pairing them kinda makes sense from a mechanism standpoint. For me I noticed the GI stuff got better around week 2 but I never tracked it well enough to know if it was actually the larazotide or just mileage stabilizing. I didn't time doses around harder days, I just took them before meals con
- grinder265: 5mg 3x and just stayed there, didnt really feel the need to push it. Mileage was already holding around 45-50mpw so I wasnt adding a ton of stress, more like maintaining through the block. Pre meals only, never moved them around training days. Ngl its hard to say whats doing what when you stack this many things but the GI side is the one piece that feels noticeably different from KLOW solo.
- quiet_ironman: Hey tiredmira, I actually started at 0.25mg twice a day for a week, felt no change, bumped to 0.
- grinder265: Their reply got cut off mid sentence but sounds like they bumped to a higher dose after starting low. Honestly I jumped straight to 0.5mg 3x a day without titrating so maybe I skipped the ramp up they did. Curious if the 2 weeks at 0.25mg was just wasted or if it actually primed anything, because for me the noticeable change didnt kick in until like week 3 at the higher dose.
